I know I'm going to sound silly but I'm applying for a passport online, fast tracked to one week. When you get to the bit (a big yellow box) that says you need someone to prove your identity, where do you enter their information? It says that person will receive an email from the Passport Office but there doesn't seem to be anywhere to put their details. However, it says that you need them to prove your identity before you can make an appointment. I'd be so grateful for any help if possible. Thanks.
