I’ve just found out what happened to her. How truly awful and so tragic.
Her song Mercy, would be totally unsingable for her now given the lyrics.

I remember when she came out with what had happened to her. She did indeed just kind of disappear. Did she say whether she knew her attacker?

I hope she's able to find peace. What about ordeal.

It’s strange how the guy was never done for it. It wasn’t clear if D pursued charges

I’d like to know more.
I guess she’s probably had big money offered to her for her story but turned it down. She must have suffered badly as a result of what happened to her. Let’s hope and pray one day for her to make a comeback. I’m sure the nation would be a huge support for her.

It was brutal what happened to her.
Loved her song Mercy because of the Northern soul influence
Hope she has found peace with what she went through

I remember there was an element of "that wouldn't happen..a woman being brought to another country..." etc at the time from some quarters.
Think Epstein et al has shown us otherwise.
