Work Tricky Situation- smoke/mirrors

I don't like my job anymore but I have to stay for the next 12 months or so.

But the situation is that I am a teacher and a member of staff who literally does no work (pretending they have one to one classes or station teaches but literally does not turn up )

Head teacher is covering up for this. There is nothing i can do. It's been reported and then er are told the timetabled had changed. The injustice is real. The unfairness of it has put me totally off the school. I just need to grit my teeth but how can this happen? Not in UK system and school was private which might explain it.

People who take the piss and get away with it make me hate my job so much that I told someone today that if they resigned and were “mentally unable to be in work due to work place stress” and were signed off for the duration of their notice period, they would get paid for the full 6 weeks.
This has come off the back of a team member who had 3 months off work then came in for 2 weeks then went off for 3 months then came back for a month then went off again for 3 weeks and is now back lording over us how fucking tired they are when I’ve not had a day off since March due to their fucking absence. Bollocks to it all.

Yeah bollocks to it. I never take a day off. Fuck them. I will have to keep my mouth shut for a year or so until something comes up for me. Chin up and all that ...
