I’m having some issues with perimenopause and have heard some good things about acupuncture. I would like to try this before going down the HRT route. I’ve started to get anxiety which is my main issue and some digestive problems, which I think are linked.
Does anyone have any recommendations for a good acupuncturist in the Manchester area? It is expensive so I would like to hear peoples personal experiences and recommendations. If you’ve had it did it help? How long did it take? Thanks
