There's a new programme now just started on Channel 4 I've recorded it to watch later. I've always thought she was guilty. So not sure what this latest programme will have to say.

That was on last night. I only watched a little bit of.it. And that lawyer was on. I don't think he does Letby any favours. He's awful. Anyone else watched?

Haven’t watched it no but I do think there is a miscarriage of justice here. I think she’s been the scapegoat for the failings higher than her. The hospital also was not up to standards with conditions considering it has very unwell premature babies being looked after there, I’ve watched another documentary on her and it made me change my mind. Her lawyer is a joke and there will be another retrial I reckon. If this has been a miscarriage of justice it’s absolutely disgusting! Her reputation has been ruined and she will always be named the baby killer. It’s extremely bad if this is the case.

Yes if there are strong grounds to think there has been a miscarriage of justice then further investigation needs to be carried out. It is a mystery as to why medical experts were not called in the trial to give evidence for the defence.

Her original defence was awful. I don't think they understood the medical information or issues well enough.

I believe she's innocent. The hospital had so many failings.

I've watched this programme. It's difficult to know what to make of it. I think she's guilty. But we will have to wait and see what happens next if anything.

Anyone? Even though I think she is guilty i still think these latest opinions should be considered but the trouble is experts dont always agree. And then there are investigations going on at two other hospitals she worked at.
