Of wise people on t’intetnet.
I’ve just had an amazing meal of pancakes, smoked bacon and bacon jam which was absolutely amazing! The chef makes his own but do any of you know a supermarket that sells Bacon Jam? Amazon are pretty useless.
Many thanks x

oooo I didn’t know you could buy it! It’s easy to make, it just takes a while

You can get Stonewall Kitchen Maple Onion Bacon jam on Amazon.
My DD made it herself, it wasn't hard to do, and I agree it was delicious!

Smoked bacon crushed up so it almost looked like pulled bbq pork, and onion or mild chilli jam. But it was absolutely amazing!

Thanks, I'm off to Google.

Well yes it is an exorbitant price for something you can make yourself.
It's likely an import, and some consumers will pay the price.
It's kind of a niche treat not something you'd eat everyday.
When dd made it she gave it as Xmas presents to family and friends!

Bacon jam is lovely in a cheese sandwich. As is chorizo jam. I think I got both from Waitrose.

I've never had it, but Google comes up with this
https://welshsmokery.co.uk/product/smoked-bacon-jam/
Available from Ocado. There are lots of recipes so I'm quite tempted to have a go at making some

I’m more than happy to taste test it for you!!!

Eat 17 make it. Waitrose stock it and I often see their range on garden centres that have a food section.

It’s very good I think about £3 or £4 from memory a very nice shop in the old village Walthamstow as well. Think it’s a spar shop

I've had it from Waitrose and Marks, usually around Christmas

Not Tesco. I just looked. Not even red onion marmalade, my cheese condiment of choice.
