Hi, just wondering if anyone had had issues with virgin media before to the point they needed to complain? And if so, could I cheekily ask whether you received compensation?
I complained last week about service issues, nothing has been done but all of a sudden we’ve been left without broadband internet. Had various promised manager callbacks which hasn’t materialised and currently burning through mobile data at a rapid pace. Might have to buy more mobile data but would want an idea about whether it may be reimbursed before doing so as the prices are ridiculous!
