Life Insurance - type 1 Diabetes

My DIL has T1 and is struggling to find life insurance - has anyone got any recommendations please?

She should speak to whoever manages her care (does she have a diabetes nurse?). I have cancer and my cancer nurse has been helpful in suggesting insurance providers who will cover me.
