It was announced years ago, kept slipping. Could be rather busy for the first few months at ports and airports not use to handling large numbers of flights from U.K. I’m considering taking a quiet ferry crossing just to get my prints done

Good, hope it will help reducing criminality / immigration.

Rather dreading this when we fly to Seville end of October. Appears to be a do it yourself thing; just hope the instructions are clear! Have tried to explain to taxi picking us up that they must keep waiting as goodness knows how long it will take.
