I honestly don’t understand the sentencing in this country.

How can you purposely go out of your way to leave to get a knife, attack someone and kick them while they’re on the floor, and this results in a 20w suspended sentence?

He pled guilty, full video evidence. how is he not doing a custodial sentence?

He didn’t even get 6 months suspended.
