Sexual daydreams at work

LustyLisa · 24/09/2025 18:58

I often find my mind wandering in work meetings about sexual fantasies (often with men in the room if any of them are somewhat attractive).

ive always wondered, is this normal? Are we all just sitting there thinking about f*cking each other? Or am I weird?

I have a normal sex drive and sex life so this is very much just fantasies and not something I’d ever want to play out in real life.

Personally I wouldn't do this, even if it was someone I found attractive.

Bumdrops · 24/09/2025 19:03

Normal
enjoy ! 🤣

Looking at your user name, I'm assuming this is a 14 year old boy?

SueSheeMee · 24/09/2025 19:05

Oh, you again.

37yo woman 😳

I name changed for obvious reasons so thought I’d come up with something relevant.

🤔

GhoulWithADragonTattoo · 24/09/2025 19:07

I would be too worried I’d give it away!

AgnesX · 24/09/2025 19:07

Not remotely normal. At no point in my working life have I fantasised about my male colleagues. Most of them, while perfectly fine to work with, I wouldn't have over the doorstep.

Athreedoorwardrobe · 24/09/2025 19:08

I'm the same. I have to have a word with myself about it. I do have a very intense imagination generally and often struggle with intrusive thoughts. I don't worry too much about it. I've learnt to kinda change the subject in my mind if it makes me uncomfortable. But yeah I can have some quite vivid sexual thoughts about random people who are just talking to me.. who in reality id never in a million years do anything sexual to.

Athreedoorwardrobe · 24/09/2025 19:14

And not just that either but I'll develop whole narratives like we've been married 30 years and are having an argument about dinner... or he's breaking up with me in a park.. we are astronauts in space or sometimes much darker storylines. And as you said sexual events.
Just about whomever is interacting with me or I've seen.
I imagine whole lives, and I often can't help doing it even when I'm talking. I have to really try and focus on the here and now to snap out of it.
I've always had an imagination like that since childhood and it can often be very distracting.

RaininSummer · 24/09/2025 20:04

Not normal to me but maybe it's the men I work with.

ThisCanFuckOffToo · 24/09/2025 20:09

Doesn’t happen to me at work either but the calibre of men is quite low and I’d rather not imagine any of them in that way 🤢

CalzoneOnLegs · 24/09/2025 20:11

Well, sorry Lisa it’s really not relevant

supportergirl · 24/09/2025 20:18

Sounds a little bit like maladaptive daydreaming?

No it doesn’t impair my ability to work/function. It’s just when I’m bored in a meeting that’s what my mind wanders to.

Yes, daydreaming about sex and wanting to fuck someone is perfectly natural, providing it doesn't distract from your job, don't worry about it, chat to them, you might get "Lucky".

I’m quite surprised at those saying this is a normal thing to do at work. Why aren’t you engaging with the meeting?
