I ordered a dress on Vinted, the dress arrived and was ripped at the seam. I informed the seller straight away who agreed for me to send the address back.
I sent the dress back the very next day using the Vinted returns via the post office. I have been in touch with Vinted helpdesk for my refund as I don’t think buyer has collected the dress. It has been over two weeks now. I have sent proof of postage, et cetera to Vinted and now they are saying I have to wait for a further seven days. will I ever get my refund??
