Does him staying with me affect his Universal Credit?

I don't know for sure if he gets anything. He's never said he does, but why would he? Single man living with his parents, probably isn't entitled to much, even on a low income?

I don't claim anything so it won't affect me, but if he's staying at mine several nights a week, is he likely to unwittingly get into trouble with DWP?

What?

There have been a couple of threads about women declaring/not declaring a BF who stays with them a few days a week and how that affects their benefit claim. I wondered if there's anything he should be declaring if he's staying at mine.

Wouldn’t have thought so as it’s not you who is claiming and he’ll be staying at yours

is he working? Claiming? Or both?

He's working, building up a business after redundancy. I don't know if he's claiming anything, probably not, but the previous thread made me think.

I wouldn’t worry then. You’re not claiming. It doesn’t sound as if he’s claiming either.

he doesn’t need to declare anything. Nor do you
