I’m not sure that’s a genuine ‘back to school’ photo, her skirt is far too short. Not many high schools would allow that length.

Haha… you wanna come see the schoolgirls where I live… they’re all that short.

Do you know any teenage girls??

minipie · 20/09/2025 09:42

Anyway back to the point… Yes it’s grim OP.

I don’t post photos on SM, never have. Never understood why people would want to see photos of my life anyway, it’s like those slideshows of people’s holiday photos back in the 80s, why would anyone care. It’s just showing off in my view.

And then add in the fact that this kind of thing can happen… ugh.

You want to come to our town, heaven knows why they let them dress like that? I’m all for free expression etc but if you can see the top bit on their tights, their skirts are too short.

where on earth do you live? They are at least that short here, apart from the first couple of weeks of y7

tellyon · 20/09/2025 09:49

Yes this is really shocking. Don’t put pictures of your kids in SM! The stats about who viewed the pics of girls in their uniform is absolutely grim (and another argument, if we needed one, for single sex spaces)

Doggymummar · 20/09/2025 09:51

I can't believe that people don't know that they are permitting this by posting pictures on social media, it's been that way since the internet arrived. But if they don't, then thanks for highlighting it.

Even before AI photos online or published are a risk. I remember reading an article in a paper newspaper decades ago. A paedophile was caught and the court case included items found in the article which included a stash of Mothercare catalogues.
