How do I find out when someone got married ?

If I have both names and one persons dob how do I actually find out the year of marriage ? Searching in gov uk I can only see options for births and deaths ?

If it was before 1999 you should be able to find them on www.freebmd.org.uk/

I’m not sure of the year but think it was later 2000-2005 latest?
