Charge back

Hi has anyone done a charge back with their bank before? My bank is telling me I need to wait 15 days before I can do one but I’m sure this hasn’t been the case before? Is this correct?

Odd, you are normally encouraged to do it as soon as possible if there's a problem. Only time you have to wait is if you've ordered something from a supplier you have to allow reasonable time for it to arrive, I think 30 days.

Yeah that’s what I thought and never been told that before, it was Amazon and meant to arrive same day

Have you contacted Amazon? They should be your first point of call. I find their customer service to be brilliant.
