Foot pain - advice?

In my 30s yet when I wake up or stand after sitting, the pain in my feet is unbearable. Middle of the bottom of my feet. Seems to ease when I walk.

Google plantar fasciitis. Very painful, I've had it for months now. There's some exercises you can do to help ease it, but sensible shoes and inner soles specially for PF seem to help most. Good luck.

Further to what @Jeezaloo said, Scholl do insoles for plantar fasciitis. I currently have them in my work boots and they really helped. Felt a bit odd the first day but you soon get used to it. They were about £20 from Boots
