Has anyone seen any school uniform on sale in supermarkets yet?

I remember there is normally a uniform sale on in Asda about now but I don't want to make a trip just to see as my nearest is 15 miles away.

Anyone seen a sale yet? Thanks

All the uniform in supermarkets here was removed over a week ago after schools started back. The uniform sales were all right at the start of the year so I suspect you're much too late to buy uniform in person.

There's still uniform in our tesco but I've not seen it reduced.

If it’s not reduced online it won’t be in store either (usually)

The supermarkets all do their sales in July to try and make people buy uniform just before the end of the year rather than at the start of the year. It's so there's more chance each child will get less wear out of it as it's harder to take account of their growth over the summer and you are more likely to need to buy even more sooner.

It's really annoying.

My local big Tesco has loads reduced - I bought some a few days ago and they had put even more out when we were in yesterday.

My local large Sainsburys have uniform all year round, albeit not as much choice usually during half term they have 20% off clothing so might be worth having a look in October if you have a Sainsburys near.

Strange, Asda normally do a big sale this time for the last two years. I got all my sons polo shirts in the sale

Morrisons have reduced theirs, they had loads in my local store yesterday.
