Shiny floor -HELP!

I feel ridiculous posting this but I’m going out of my mind. Lived in our house for around a year now and most of the downstairs floor is covered in white, shiny tiles. They look lovely in theory - bright, airy etc but the cleaning - THE CLEANING!
I have a steam mop and it just leaves water marks all over it and it looks awful, so I have to go over it again with another flat mop and hot water and it looks better but still not streak/mark free.
Does anyone have any tricks or tips for this type of floor? Google hasn’t really helped. Ideally, we’d like to change it but it would cost too much at the moment as we are getting other bits done.

I wouldn’t use a steam mop. I used one on my
DD ‘s shiny kitchen tiles and they looked dull and mottled. Ended up using an e cloth on a flat mop to buff them. Hard work but sorted it.
I’d just hoover and mop/ spot mop regularly. Vileda spin mop is good and maybe the flash dry/ wet mop system.
Are there any areas you could add big rugs? Secured for safety.
