Shower time

What time do you shower at night? And do you not shower again in the morning? My shift times have changed at work and it’s easier for me to shower at night, but I’m worried I won’t be clean in the morning. What does everyone do?

Unless you are a great sleepwalker and do long hikes or roll in your garden you will be clean in the morning

I’m just worried if I shower to early I won’t be 😂 and I like to enjoy my evening so having one earlier is better for me, but just worried I will smell by the morning.

I don’t shower at night, I only shower in the morning, I think as long as you shower once a day you’re clean.

I prefer morning showers but I have to leave the house at 5.25 it’s to much faffing about in the morning

You shouldn’t smell - I think skin experts would say that a shower every few days to prevent smells ( and avoid over drying your skin )

You'll be fine. I shower about 3 times a week & I smell good.

I have a shower/bath at night. Normally around 9pm but it can be earlier or later. I don’t smell in the morning, no matter what time of the evening I shower.

I shower in the morning and in the evening - but I am in menopause, so I have cold and hot sweats. Two showers a day keeps me feeling fresh.
