YOURS Clothing a nightmare

Their customer service is awful. You can never get through.Have to leave a message. Did get a call back 3 weeks ago and promised to send me a link to do an additional partial return as the app wldnt let me. Never got it. Called about 8 times now and left messages. Emailed too. No response. No shop local now. Don't suppose anyone works for them or knows how I can actually talk to a person. Thanks.

I have found them the best company for customer service.
Go on the website
Scroll down to the bottom
There's a help bit
And click on where it says get in touch
You fill a form in and put the order number in and say what you need ,and they replied really quickly..I'm often up at night and end up changing my mind about orders I've placed .so I do the form to cancel the order , before I've even woke up in the morning,the email comes back saying no problem, order cancelled..
I've had lots of dealings with them As im loosing weight so always order ING or cancelling something ...never once had a single problem

You want to return something?
Ok
Go to the web site
Log in , to your account.
Go to the bit where it says order history
Scroll down to find the order you wish to return
Click on arrange a return
That takes you photos of each item you ordered
You click on the one you want to return and click on the reason why
Then that takes you to bit where you decide how and where to return it
Lots of choices of how to return
Choose one and click you agree to terms and conditions and you agree to return costs
Then it gives you a bar code to scan to get the label,I use evri to return and do the label in the shop I take the parcel to

Hi . Thanks for the comments. Yes I have emailed on the customer service bit for a call but no response. I can't do the normal return thing as I ordered about 5 things in one go. Sent 2 back in the normal way like clicking which ones but forgot to click some sandals and would not let me do another bar code thing. I did get a call initially and they said no problem returning an extra thing and they would send me a link to get another bar code but not received it and now seem to be getting no where. Hopefully they will soon. Thanks again.

Try the email from again ,that I explained up thread .
Put your order number in , explain the problem and they should reply in the morning..
Did you check to make sure the email ith code didn't go in to spam or anything

Thanks. Yes checked spam etc. Done the codes. I get all there promotion emails.
