Omaze New Forest House

Has anyone started a thread on the new Omaze house in the New Forest yet? I shall be buying my customary minimum number of tickets, but am keen to find out more about it. Does anyone know precisely where it is? (And what it was actually on the market for)

It’s literally just outside Lymington, in the New Forest, but very close to the coast - Lymington is a very “sail-y” town but is lovely. You can also catch the ferry over to the IOW from there too. We were down there just a couple of weeks ago, just sat watching over the harbour/quay. Personally I’d love to go for it, but I have no idea about Omaze tbh, so if anyone would like to explain it to me in a kind of Omaze for Dummies”, it’d be much appreciated.
eta: I just personally love the New Forest, and have spent a lot of time there, in most of the towns/villages. I could never get bored of seeing the free roaming, hoses, ponies, donkeys, cattle, pigs…! The main road in can get a bit pants, esp during the summer but if I had that house I’m not sure I’d even leave it during the summer! I also had an ex who lived in Lymington, quite a few years ago so would spend a lot of weekends down there. The whole area is lovely, honestly.
