Mine would have been NYC years ago but not anymore.

Now it would be Paris or the Netherlands.

Any city in UK with a high performing girls state school that isn't a grammar. I only just learned this exist as our county doesn't have them. I wouldn't have had to pay for private school if we had one of these!
