How to be prettier?

Hi :) Im just looking for any suggestions or advice. I really want to feel prettier and have a pick me up- usually I feel good about my appearance and I have strong points (nice dyed long plum red hair, I like my eyes and nose and dress nicely, French nails etc) but Ive been feeling a bit stuck in a rut and loosely wondering about drastic measures like fillers, tattoos or work but I know deep down I probably won’t resort to such measures. A lot of it is hormonal with my health conditions and my fertility is at a terrible level- when my period does show up I look and feel dog rough with straggly greasy thinning hair, disgusting rosacea red skin and just feeling crappy. I feel ok right now with my appearance but just looking for suggestions on how to feel prettier/a bit of a boost.
i do wear hair extensions and they boost my confidence lots but they’re starting to get a bit tangled and not hold a curl even after brushing.
any tips how to feel prettier/glow up? I don’t mind how simple they are :)
im kind of at the point where I’m wondering why my man is still with me or how he can kiss me.
thank you xx

The very best way to be more attractive is to exude self confidence. I know some really conventionally unattractive women who attract men like bees round a honey pot. They make the best of themselves but above all have total self confidence.

Can you see that from what you've written this is all your perception of yourself? Your hair isn't thinner or more straggly on your period, especially as you have extensions. So you won't feel prettier all the time with more drastic measures because you're not seeing what you really look like. Also one person's version of pretty is very different from someone else's - this is about being comfortable with yourself, not finding gimmicks to try and do that for you. What can you do to boost your self confidence that isn't external? X

Sounds like you have all the bases covered for your outward appearance, and hey we all look dog rough at certain times but you say you bounce back and new extensions can be had if yours are starting to lose their curl.
They're worth it if they make you feel good about your hair.
Always remember that real beauty comes from within like PP said, exude confidence and watch the heads turn.
You haven't mentioned what your life is like but sometimes getting a new interest can really make you glow, it can make you more interesting, make you happy and feel good about yourself, then the sparkle and glow that comes from the inside , shows up on the outside.

Hmmn, I think a new hair cut (if a big change is not going to send you into a wobble); good blush and a flick of eyeliner. But everyone’s different! I’d look into feeling better about myself psychologically too. That’s the most important

Aside from the good advice above, also make sure you eat healthily, get enough sleep, exercise and socialise. Avoid too much stress or over-working. It will help with confidence and looking better.
