In case it doesn't look so large in the photo,that's a mixing bowl. It was huge.
I had salad leaves, red cabbage, spinach, roast chickpeas, mixed olives, avocado and roast sunflower seeds. 1tbsp olive oil. This is alll due to my deciding to eat more plants and fewer UPFs. I dont eat meat and try to limit carbs, my normal lunch would've been faux chicken pieces or similar that I'd dip into anything runnier than them.
The best part is that MFP reckons this to be 912 calories! 912!!!
And I was starving again 3 hours later.
