Garmin watch notifications

Does anyone know how to stop this watch vibrating when my phone gets a notification? I have switched off notifications on the app and haptics on the watch itself but I still can’t stop it. I must be missing something simple, but I cannot work it out! Its a forerunner 265s

On my 4s it's on the watch not on the Connect app.

On the watch, I go to settings, to system and then there's a notification option, for off, low, medium etc.
