Hi all I'm 31 years of age, I have recently lost a lot of weight (over 4stone in under a year ) and I am now clinically underweight, I get lower back pain and I'm exhausted all the time, I've had a load of blood tests , urine ,feasces test all come back ok,

However went for a CT scan yesterday and have had a text today asking to call the Drs to arrange appt to discuss?

Assumed as blood tests ok I would be fine.

I am.under a family investigation with a different hospital trust for brca 2 as seems as a hell of a lot of cancer in the family , could it be they are just being thorough as another trust is involved

What a horrible time you are having. It’s very hard to predict what the situation is so hopefully you get some answers very soon, and treatment if required. Assume the 4 stone weight loss was not due to dieting and therefore there is quite clearly something that needs to be addressed and hopefully that will now happen. Have you got your appointment booked?
