Mine always say that, but my last Morrisons delivery came half an hour early while I was on my way home from work and let my 14yr old, who was on crutches after an op, carry all the crates inside on her own!

My son took it in. They didn't ask for bloody ID! After all that, the guy didn't ask and my son didn't ask what the ID request on the app was about.

So big fucking fuss about nothing and if I was to ask Amazon which one they felt needed I'd, they'd think I was nuts.

Next time order just one item off that list and do that with subsequent orders. Hopefully you will eventually find the culprit after only a maximum of 16 orders 😂
