Morning! I buy granola all the time but think I need to give making my own a try. Does anyone have a tried and tested recipe please?

I use this one from Felicity Cloake using pecans and flaked almonds. The beauty of making your own is that you can adapt it to your own likes and dislikes. I don't use the egg white and it seems to make no difference to the crunchiness.

I do this one but use about 1/3 of the maple syrup Also don’t add dried fruit to mine. I think next time I’m going to sub in coconut oil:

I don't use a recipe, oats, maple syrup, pumpkin, sunflower, whatever seeds i have. A teaspoon of sunflower oil. Chopped pecans or cashews. Spinkle of salt flakes. Sprinkle of brown sugar(i like muscovado) toast in baking tray. Add various dry fruit AFTER this or they go hard, but if you add toit when warm it swells up.
