What do you do when PALS don’t reply?

I emailed PALS one month ago, no response. I chased it up again two weeks ago, no response.

Where can I go from here?

That’s very odd, they normally have a time frame within which they are obliged to reply. Have you googled to see if there is a phone number so you can ring and check they got your email?

Look on your trust’s website for something about’ escalating/raising concerns’.
Hopefully it’ll cover escalating complaints about PALS.
for example, emailing the chief execs office.
