What are these itchy spots?

On mine and dds hands. Mine are itchy and irritated. Hers apparently aren't.

Have you got a pet/been stroking an animal? They look a bit flea like. The bites don't tend to bother me unless I bother them, but DD reacts to them and they go scabby.
