Guessing the update

This post is light hearted really as no one could possibly guess unless they are mythic meg but we have a HR update happening at work this week, and as a group of managers we have been told we will need to attend a 2 hour training session regarding the change.

Any guesses on what it could be?!

Oh these all sound very serious. I was hoping for the 4 day week I've been dreaming of 😂

Companies House proving identity legislation?

Preventing Sexual harassment in the workplace. Risk assessments and identifying events that qualify (outside the workplace that is).

New anti bullying policy
Revised work from home policy
Security risk? My dhs colleague accidentally clicked on a stupid link and they all had to do a retrain course.
