What’s this scene about the phrase “nothing personal” from a tv show or movie?

I’m trying to remember a scene in a tv show or movie and it’s driving me mad. One character says to the other (who’s a female) that something is “nothing personal”, and she goes off into a tearful rant about how she hates that phrase, and what it really means is that it’s nothing personal to the person saying it, but it’s very much personal to the person hearing it.

I watch a lot of low-brow stuff, so it’ll probably be from something like Friends/Gilmore Girls or similar!

It’s sleepless in Seattle. He’s just doing business and destroying her little bookshop in the process.

Yes thsts it!! Thank you so much! It was really bothering me. He destroyed that lovely family bookshop, and then told her it was nothing personal.

I love both those films. Might be due a watch. Especially YGM. It feels like an autumn film!
