Just returned from work to find a package left on my doorstep SOAKING wet!!! the delivery was for tomorrow is it the drivers decision or are they TOLD to leave it with NO attempt to hide or put undercover !!! these company's MUST be prone to fraud or theft who's liable 😀???

Yes the delivery drivers decision. What’s especially annoying for me is that I have a parcel box very clearly in view at side of the door and so many of them still just run up the drive, plonk it in front of the door for all to see, snap the photo then dash into their car again and yes many a time the thing has been soaked through being as its Britain!

quite AGREE they are all for saving the enviroment using FLISBY cardboard or even worse paper SURELY they can wrap it in w/proof enviromently friendly stuff BUT does'nt STOP the tea leaves xmas EARLY for sum!!!😁😁😁

Did you mean to use an apostrophe in the title (totally misses the point).

Most companies now have policies where they can refund or replace if the package was left exposed. The driver probably just followed the "leave safe" instructions but clearly didn't think it through

couple of weeks ago package left on my d/step not for me 3 doors down!!! waited till they returned ( car ) no response so left it UNDERCOVER was still there 2 day's later WOULD they not get a photo sent to them with it on my d/step and for them to collect??? seen him since NEVER spoken looks a ROCKET !!!! 😁😁
