In my first job I….

I may have been a bit naive/stupid about work rules/etiquette:

1)Told them I was going on holiday for two weeks and then went without putting in a holiday request.

2. Went to the pub at lunch time regularly and had at least a large glass of wine.

3. Left early to get a train after being told specifically I couldn’t do that.

4. hid work I didn’t want to do under the stuff I didn’t mind doing

…and I still didn’t get the sack! 90’s office life, I was 18 and had left college with no direction or plan 😂

Took speed in the last hour of my shift then did all the hoovering and mopping on that burst of energy so I could get to the pub quicker.
