I have had 3 in the last 24 hours. It is getting irritating.
Today I had a phone call to my mobile from Somalia but the ringing stopped very abruptly. The aim is to get you to call back to a premium phone line.
The second was a text from offspring with a link to a new phone number. I have no children.
Yesterday, it was a video call on WhatsApp. What they do there is show you some saucy pics and record your reaction and then blackmail you.

Last week, I had 2 parking charge notices by text. Fake.

I have reported them all.

I think it would be a good idea if people chatted about these and reported them all.

Has anyone else come across anything unusual lately?

Do you do any online surveys or give your number to companies. I use to get them all the time now I never give my number out i never get them

I think you're getting loads.

I just rarely get a phone call that rings off.

Companies do seem to want a number when you order @youalright .
Perhaps I should not put it in.

I donr remember the last time my phone rang, just checked and it ws April so no not here.

I don't get any. I don't put my phone number online. I won't have WhatsApp either, seems like more trouble than it's worth.

One of the Parking Charge Notice ones was for a group of 10 numbers on iMessage. Very strange.
It was set up like a group chat.

Most of the ones I get these days are job offers allowing me to work from home a couple of hours a day and earn shed loads so tempting but no 😂😂

I’ve had loads lately, I had the parking charge text just this morning. I also got a shedload of job hunting emails (I’m not job hunting).

I have had the job hunting ones too @NewYorkSummer .

I have had ones where a woman wants me to add her to my WhatsApp. Very deadpan , can’t really be bothered voice. You can all guess I did it immediately. Not!

I have no idea how it works.

Same it’s batshit! I don’t know what the outcome is - I guess they ask you to lay a recruiter or finder’s fee at some stage? I jus text back: The irony of you sending this message to me when YOU should get a proper job.

Then I block and report.

I rarely get them but I have no unknown callers on anyway and don't use WhatsApp

All they do is scattergun and hope that someone picks up
