Anyone else going for a fresh start/revamp?

Approaching 35 and I've had self esteem issues for a while, this feels like a great time to start afresh and try and improve things.

I've sorted out my wardrobe out tonight, got rid of things I never wear and tried to put a few outfits together.

Been stuck on a fairly low income for years but I'm applying for much better-paying roles.

Massive sugar and Pepsi max addiction, not overweight but have a wobbly belly and retain weight on my thighs. Improved my diet 3 years ago and my stomach was much flatter, clothes fit better and I slept a lot better. So hoping to start back on that again, it's really tough to beat a sugar addiction but I'm determined.

Looking to make new friends, finally letting go of people who have zero interest.

Anyone else?

that's fantastic! I'm kinda doing the same as im turning 37 next month. I've still to lose the stone of baby weight left over.

I hear you on the new friends. how are you going to do it? I find it so hard. People say when you become a mum you will find them but I've always struggled to make friends despite trying.

Well done on the the sugar addiction!
