Ting twinge in pelvis/behind pubic bone?

Anyone know what this could be; I’ve had it over a week now.. happens periodically through the day, it’s a quick flash of sharpness, like a sharp twinge. Not bad enough to take painkillers or stop me going about my day but because it’s been so long I’m a bit worried about it. It’s so fast and random, doesn’t seem to be much to do with movement ect.

it’s super super low down, almost behind my pubic bone and slightly off to the right side, behind my old c section scar (last c section was 3.5 years ago)

anyone have any guesses?

I had sudden twinges when I had an ovarian cyst (dermoid type).

Had a CT scan done today as the pains not gone and is starting to last a bit longer. They suspected a kidney stone but CT scan showed nothing out of the ordinary. They don’t know what’s causing the pain 😕

Adhesion? Pelvic floor dysfunction?

I get this. I have adhesions from my C-section scars , which sometimes pull/loosen/do something (no idea what).

This could make sense! Seems to be lasting ages though, wish it would bugger off 🤣
