Imposter syndrome

I’ve just secured a massive promotion at work, my team, budget and responsibility has tripled. I know I can do the job and I smashed the interview.

But……..how the hell do people manage the imposter syndrome? I found out Friday and instead of celebrating and relaxing this weekend, I’ve had a niggly voice talking in my head all weekend questioning whether I really am
up to it or am I going to fall
flat on my face?

Congratulations! The first part of your post demonstrates the confident, positive side of you who “ smashed the interview”
Once home and “ off duty” you obviously started to doubt yourself and worry. They obviously believe in you at work.
Have you seen this book?

Thank you, I’ll have a look at that book. I need to do something because I’m driving myself mad!
