Samsung update phone freezing

Ever since I installed the latest update my phone has been awful. It completely freezes and I can't even turn it off. Nothing works.
The only thing I can do is power it off with both side buttons. I'm having to do it several times a day.
Has this happened to anyone else?
Any suggestions?

I had this on the most recent update on my A54 5G. I did the reset pressing the volume down and power button at the same time, but before that it was switching off randomly.

I had to get on to my network provider who I am stil under contracts with to get that advice. I'll never download an update so soon again!

@DeltaAlphaDelta79 what did your network provider advise?

Reset with the power button and volume down button held down together.

That works but it keeps happening. The issue isn't resolved. It's so annoying

If you're still in contract its worth contacting your provider,or samsung direct. They are normally quite helpful.
