Currently our DD3 is in a cot bed with the side off. We'd like to sort out a 'proper' bed sooner rather than later but we're a bit lacking in space and storage and I can't figure out what we need.
We've had a single bed with 2 drawers in the room before but stupidly gave it away as it wouldn't fit in the room with the cot bed and we had nowhere to store it.
The cot bed has a large drawer underneath it which currently houses all of her bedding/towels/blankets etc. (some of which I can definitely get rid of with the new bed). However the cot bed also leaves space in the room for a cabinet which has 3 drawers for her clothes which we will need to get rid of to make space for a normal sized bed. So we'll be losing quite a lot of storage.
Does anyone have anything with storage that works for them in a smaller space? Many thanks.
