Diagnose me?

Any medical experts or armchair detectives fancy diagnosing me?

I’ve had a really sore, knotty right shoulder blade for weeks now. Had massages and it’s not helped. The pain then spread up into my rotary cuff and the tendons (I think they are) in my neck. Friday I was getting random lightening pains around my scalp on the left side and slight nausea.

I woke up Saturday with a painful to the touch back of the head. No more lightening shots just a dull back of the head pain and nausea waves on and off all day.

Ive currently on HRT. Utrogestan sequentially which I’m on the two week break from. Im having my first period since starting HRT if that’s relevant. And the Evorel 50mg patch.

I also take long term Nitrofruantoin and Hiprex for an embedded UTI.

Any ideas?

i also have a chronic UTI. Are you in pain? Do you have anxiety? Neck tension is a classic symptom of anxiety and can cause the things you’ve listed. When I was feeling like this I went to an osteopath who manipulated all the tense areas.

No idea really but are you a teeth grinder? I get head/neck/shoulder pain after grinding my teeth all night

Yes I do have anxiety but have been quite relaxed as of late!

Not that I’m aware of and my boyfriend has never mentioned it when he stays over.

Forgot to add, no I’m not currently in pain with the UTI as I’m well managed on the medication now. I’m sorry to hear you have the same. Awful illness.

Also forgot to add that for the past year I’ve been suffering from random joint pain when I’m feeling under the weather. As today as gone on, my joints feel sore too.
