Lunchbox that doesn't leak

I am yet to find a lunchbox that doesn't leak. I have one that okay, doesn't leak, but it's almost impossible to open. What do you all use to take soup, salads, etc in your backpack?

Elephant metal lunchboxes for salads, pasta or anything with sauces. Thermos flasks for soup
