I’ve got to be up in 3.5 hours and I just cannot sleep it’s driving me nuts!!

I’ve been up and down and tried fresh air, bath, walking, paracetamol, reading, cup of lavender tea. What the actual hell do I do?!

anyone else struggling and please has anyone got any advice?!

I’d put my phone down and stop counting how long you have left to sleep, I have phases of this and it’s horrible OP, I sympathise. I find an audiobook on a timer works for me. Lie there on the dark age just listen, it helps your brain switch off

Thank you it’s awful isn’t it! I’ll give it another go

Best thing I find is to listen to an audiobook. Something boring or else very familiar, and definitely not exciting - you don't want to become invested in the story and have FOMO keep you awake.

I'll be doing it myself in a little while!

Subscribe to Empathy Bliss on YouTube. I have listened regularly to the sleep hypnosis session. It has helped me a lot.
