Any medical professionals around?

Bit of a silly one, but I saw my GP and we were talking about CBT. He wrote a rushed note into my medical record stating we spoke about that I “had CBD”. It’s just a typo, but would other medical professionals see it as a typo or would they think drugs? I did ask the GP surgery to correct the note, but they haven’t done it yet. So I’m not sure if it’s worth chasing.

Put your correction request in writing to the practice manager.
The comment cannot be removed but a correction will be added. Your letter will be scanned into your record.
If you just ask verbally it is probable that nothing will be done.

Yeah email them, ask for it to be corrected and for them to let you know when it's done.

Firstly, CBD is not a drug - it’s not illegal or wrong, it doesn’t really do much of anything. It’s an extract that has had the psychoactive chemicals removed.

Of course they should correct it, but just to calm you down nobody will think you’ve done more than eat some rescue remedy.

The thing is I might need my medical records for a legal claim, so I don’t want the wrong thing to be drawn from the wrong comments being added. Thanks everyone
