Outdoor drying and spiders

I love hanging washing outdoors in spring summer autumn. But now is the worst time for webs and creepies.
Other than a good shake is there anything else I can do before bringing indoors?
Help!

Blast an air horn at the washing before you take it in. That’ll scare the blighters away.
Neighbours will also be grateful as it will scare them out of their gardens also, so maybe get an extra loud one.

Put a sign on the li e asking them not to wipe their willy's on your washing

Spray it with a hose before bringing it in
