Orlistat success stories?

Hi all, after some advice! I was on mounjaro for a while and lost 6 stone but I can’t happily afford to continue so stopped a few months back. I’ve gained a stone since and dr has prescribed me Orlistat. I’m finding it quite difficult to remember to take a pill with every meal compared to the ease of one injection a week but will persevere! Other issue is the wind it’s giving me. It smells horrific, my husband bought drain unblocker the other day because he thought we must have a blocked pipe as the smell in the bathroom was so bad. Anyone else struggle with this?
I’ve been on it for nearly two weeks and haven’t seen any progress so I’m feeling a bit despondent- any success stories?!

As of taking a tablet, you just need a bit of discipline, occasionally I used to forget it but forced myself to be compliant.

It worked for me. I was on that medication approx 6m and lost 15kg. I also went to a gym 3 times a week for cardio classes. Maintained that weight for 6 years till an injury two years ago. Was so depressed which led to letting mtself go. Put on like 5kg. Then did another 3 months on Orlos and got rid of them. So far so good but it does require discipline and dedication!
