I do try to feed our 7 and 5 year old healthy food but am keen to top up where I can.
My social media feed is awash with ads for children’s vitamins and shrooms (?!) but I’m not sure what’s what.
Currently, we are occasionally buying Haliborange Frozen gummies - but both children have worked out how to open the jar and treat them as sweets - they are going too soon! Would like to try something different.
Keen to think on using supplements that could offer proven gut health and mental acuity benefits. Thanks!
