Smart health rings?

Anyone got one? Would you recommend? I am looking at the Oura, but also the Sekoda Smart Health ring has a good write up, but I’m wary as never heard of that one. Thoughts welcome

What’s the benefit over a watch? Not really looked into them but interested

My friend has one and it frequently tells her that she’s had a great night’s sleep and should have loads of energy when in fact she’s been up half the night as she suffers from insomnia. I was interested in one too until she told me that!

My watch is a bit like that. It’s seems to think if im laid still (trying to sleep!) that I am asleep.
