Funniest lie you ever told your kids?
or that your parents told you as a kid?

Kids did have ice cream from a van but didn't know until they were 6ish that it was the ice cream van that played the music. He always started it up a way away and whenever we heard it in the garden we said- "ooh the music man is out driving around playing his music". They found it hilarious when they realised and understood why we hadn't said earlier.
